British invasion on SPIRIT of Burgas 2015

KWABS, STEREOMCs and MILOW joining Robbie Williams. One of the best British bands confirmed as a headliner for the second day.

After it was confirmed that Burgas is going to be the host of the biggest musical project in Bulgaria – SPIRIT of Burgas, it’s time to find out the next artists that are going to take care of the high festival spirits. Except for Robbie Williams, amongst the confirmed ones are the everlasting STEREO MCs, new British big star KWABS, Belgian singer MILOW as well as some of the best Bulgarian, Romanian and Macedonian bands.

On 7th August Robbie Williams is coming out on stage as a headliner with his two-hours show, part of the world tour Let Me Entertain You. Apart from him, the audience will have the chance to hear Kwabena Adjepong, familiar to the world as KWABS. Compared to Seal, British Ghanaian musician is considered as the next huge star on the island. Performing some of the greatest hits as “Walk”, “Last stand” and “Perfect Ruin”, KWABS quickly climbs the top of most European charts. Described by critics as “phenomenon”, 24-years-old KWABS is coming with his band and 1-hour set, specially prepared for the festival.

Before KWABS comes out on stage, the public is going to see the performer of one of the greatest hits in 2008 - the author of a cover that exceeded even its original, no matter it is a song by celebrities 50 Cent, Justin Timberlake and Timbaland. It is the acoustic version of “Ayo Technology” performed by MILOW that is going to ring in Burgas. For the last few years Belgian singer-songwriter becomes one of the most exciting names on the pop stage. Winner of “Best Belgian act” by MTV, Milow is going to bring in romance with his lyrical performance under the sky in Burgas.

On 7th August we are going to see STEREO MCs who conquered thousand hearts in Bulgaria only after their first performance here. The iconic British band forms in 1985 when suddenly they change the hip-hop direction with a strong sound, mixing breakbeat, funk and soul, lately called brit-hop. Singing hits like “Black Gold” and “Connected”, vivid STEREO MCs are going to rock the beach in Burgas while the fireworks from Robbie Williams’ show will be still shining in the sky.

Furthermore, stage of “NA TAMNO” has prepared a colorful list of artists as well. The audience is about to see not only their favorite Bulgarian bands, but also artists coming from Romania and Macedonia. Amongst the first ones confirmed are BASSKA (Romania), Conquering Lion (Macedonia), Milenita, Kotarashky and The Rain Dogs, Ogi 23, Merudia, Severozapadnyatzite, Rebelities, DJ Balcan Mash and Toy Letters.

The organizators have already confirmed a headliner for 8th August who will be announced by the end of the month. Until then, the only hint is that it is a British band, proclaimed to be one of the best groups for 21st Century.
Promotickets costing BGN150 for both festival days will be on sale until 17.05. From 18.05 on the following categories come into effect:

8.08 One-day tickets – BGN 60
7-8.08 Full festival pass – BGN 180
